HOW DID IT ALL BEGIN?

Two sisters, one from LA California, and the other from Syracuse NY, united in Rochester MN to help their mom fight cancer.

Co-owner Nicole Frearson has been in the beauty industry for over 10 years. She currently owns Nicole Frances Salon in Los Angeles. Nicole is bringing the west coast to the east coast using the newest beauty industry business model of salon suites. Her current business is in a salon suite where she has fully experienced the salon suite business model along with building a thriving business of her own. Nicole’s business is in a 300 square foot space which hosts 4 styling stations and her rent is currently $3,000 a month. Nicole pays the landlord $750 a week direct deposit. She has been in this suite for two years and her business has grown from $80,000 per year to $250,000 per year. Her clients are very happy with the salon space and feel a sense of privacy. Because of this experience of owning and operating one of her own Suite she is better equipped with the knowledge of what makes or breaks a successful salon suite business.

Nicole intends on being very active in the first phase of salon unite opening by marketing herself as an example for being a Hairstylist in the Rochester area who then opened her own salon suite in a major city. Nicole also knows many hairstylists in the Rochester area and will be direct marketing to them to fill the salon suites with her connections.

Nicole is also an educator within the beauty industry who has experience educating at Paul Mitchell and her own online Education. She will use this experience to teach at the Salon Unite Advanced Academy.

Co-owner Kimberly Antenucci has her master’s degree in public administration with a concentration in Management. In her previous employment, she was a Six Sigma Leadership member, so she has a very strong background and knowledge of what it takes to manage and lead. Marketing and education are Kimberly’s strongest traits. Kimberly is very well known for her social media marketing and community education. Kimberly will be able to support and educate the beauty professional with their social media and marketing. She also manages the Rochester location so she is very hands-on and involved in the daily business operations.
